The migration of SupaNames accounts to 123-Reg has now been completed and all customers should now be able to login to their new 123-reg account with your existing Supanames main SiteControl account details. All support will now be handled using 123-Reg's systems, by the same SupaNames support team. You will no longer be able to submit or view your tickets using this support site. Due to the current migration work to 123-reg.co.uk Control panel access to Supanames Sitecontrol and 123-reg.co.uk is currently unavailable during the course of today. Our technicians will be undertaking necessary maintenance to our VPS Networks during the early morning of the 22 and 23rd of September and VPS customers may experience short periods of outage between Midnight and 6am on those days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we will try and keep any server downtime to a minimum.

Improvements to Email. Our engineers have now fully integrated IMAP email in to all customer accounts. You do not need to make any changes at all if you are a POP email user, your email will continue to function as normal and no changes are required at all to your settings. However if you are using any other incoming mailserver such as pop.yourdomain.co.uk please IMMEDIATELY change this to mail.yourdomain.co.uk otherwise you will not be able to connect to the correct mailserver. If there are customers still experiencing FTP login issues on Server 11, could you kindly login to your MyPANEL and reset your Password, the password must contain, Letters and Numbers. Important information for our Windows VPS Start and Venture customers. Maintenance work is scheduled for all vps windows servers on Wednesday the 6th of May, 5 AM until 8 AM, and also Thursday the 7th of May, 5 AM and 8 AM. All time are UK times.
