The migration of SupaNames accounts to 123-Reg has now been completed and all customers should now be able to login to their new 123-reg account with your existing Supanames main SiteControl account details.

All support will now be handled using 123-Reg's systems, by the same SupaNames support team. You will no longer be able to submit or view your tickets using this support site. You now need to raise a support ticket from the 123-Reg support site located at http://www.123-support.co.uk/. You will need to login to raise a ticket, using the same details as your existing SiteControl account.

If you wish to contact the same friendly and helpful support team, when submitting a ticket  click the drop link in the Category section and select 'Legacy Supanames Hosting'.
