What are Multiple Recipient Addresses?
Available only on Value Host Pro packages and above.
Multiple Recipient Addresses allow you to forward mail addressed to a email address to several other POP3 mailboxes. This is especially useful if you are a business user who requires specifically addressed email to be copy sent to several of your staff so they all receive the same email. At this time, mail can only be sent this way to other SupaNames POP3 mailboxes, and not to external mailboxes.
How to set up MRAs
Please access your Email Settings section of MyPanel and go to
5 Multiple Recipient Addresses.

Click 'Add an MRA to this account'.
From here you can create the email address you wish to create as an MRA and choose the Primary receipient.
The MRA address we are creating is 'staff@yourdomainname' where 'yourdomainname' is obviously your specific SupaNames 'Domain Name'.
The Primary recipient will be the first 'main' POP3 mailbox a copy of the mail addressed to 'staff@' will be sent to. Use the drop down box to add a POP3 box. Mail sent to 'staff' will now be received also to the POP3 box you specify.

Click 'Create this MRA'.
You should now receive a 'successful message as follows:
The MRA has been created.
You can add more recipients to this MRA by selecting it from the main email menu.
By going back to the main E-mail Settings screen and clicking on 'staff@yourdomainname' you can repeat the above and add further POP3 mailboxes who will also receive exactly the same E-mails addressed to 'staff'.
