Please note that this only applies to Linux packages at this time.
If you have
accidentally dropped a databases data tables or it has become
corrupt and you do not have a local backup of your MySQL database at hand, we have included a feature in MyPanel to restore a database from the last backup Supanames has made of your database
on the server.
Please go to
MyPanel and click on
MySQL Databases - Databases Submenu.
The feature can be seen here, but please note that using this feature will override the current database and restore from the server backups that are
made on a nightly basis.

N.B. If the Database was corrupt or had no data tables prior to the nightly backup being made, then the above feature cannot restore to a working state. It is always best practice to make your own Database backups using the 'MySQL Backup' feature in your MyPanel , instructions here.
If you have completely
deleted the Database then the Database Restore will not be visible, but all is not lost - recreating the database
with exactly the same Database name using the Add a Database feature:

Will re-enable the Database Restore feature, allowing you to retrieve the backup from our servers. If you have any problems at all though with Database Restores or backups, please contact us at
support and we can advise further.
