How do I create mailboxes on my VPS?
If you want to create an email address like yourname@domain.com, you should create a new mailbox. To do this:
First access the list of available mail names for a domain:
1. Click the Domains shortcut in the navigation pane.
2. Click the required domain name in the list.
3. Click Mail in the Services group.
4. Click Add New Mail Name.
5. Your domain name is shown to the right of the @ sign, so you only need to specify the desired name for the mailbox.
This can be anything you want. You could use your first name and last name separated by a dot, a department name - or any other text. The name should be short enough to remember. It can comprise alphanumeric, dash, dot and underscore symbols.
6. Specify a password that you will use to access your mailbox.
7. Make sure that the Mailbox checkbox is ticked.
8. Click OK.
Now your mailbox has been created, you can use an email program like Microsoft Outlook to receive and send messages.

8. If required, limit the amount of disk space that this mailbox can use.
To do this, under Mailbox quota select the Enter size option and type the desired value in kilobytes.
9. To let the mailbox owner manage their mailbox through a mailbox administration panel, click the Control panel access checkbox so there is a tick in it, and specify the language for the user’s control panel.
10. To allow the mailbox owner to configure and use spam filters and antivirus, click Permissions, select the relevant checkboxes and click OK.
11. Click OK.
The mailbox will created, and a separate email administration panel set up in Plesk. To enter it, the mailbox owner should visit https://yourdomain:8443 (where 'yourdomain' is your domain name), type his or her email address into the Login box, type the password for the mailbox into the Password box, and then click Login.
