Open Outlook Express.

Go to: 'Tools'

then 'Accounts' in the drop down

Click 'Add'

Click 'Mail'

Display Name: add your name or whatever you wish your dispaly name to be. Click 'Next'

Enter the email address you have set up for IMAP mail i.e. imap.mailbox@supanames.co.uk as an example. Click 'Next'

Click the drop-down arrow next to 'My incoming mailserver is a" and choose 'IMAP'

Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server: enter 'imap. your supanames domain name so, for instance, if your domain name was 'supanames.co.uk' your IMAP incoming mailserver would be:  imap.supanames.co.uk

Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: either as provided by your ISP, or as provided by ourselves if you have purchased our 'Authenticated SMTP'.

Click 'Next'.

Account Name:  this would be your IMAP email address/mailbox: imap.mailbox@supanames.co.uk as an example.

Password: The password you have assigned to the IMAP mailbox in your MyPANEL.

Click 'Next

Click 'Finish'.

Click 'Close'.
