This article only applies if you are using our IMAP service and custom DNS record add on
1) Enable IMAP in your MyPanel from main email settings.
2) Go to "DNS record" under the Advanced tab in your MyPanel.
3) If you have existing MX records, click on delete next to them.
4) In the "Add a new DNS record" section, add a new entry with "imap" as the name and 194.154.164.60 as the destination. The type must be an A record then click add record.
5) Add a new MX record in the "Add a new DNS record" section, with the name being @ and the destination being imap.yourdomain (replacing yourdomain with your own domain name) then click add record.
6) Done, your DNS changes will become effective within the hour and you can then use IMAP!
