This article applies to all shared hosting packages other than Linux Value Host, but E-Mail Forwarders can be purchased by our Value Host customers from the 'Upgrade Shop' in MyPANEL if they require this service.
To create a forwarder please go to your MyPANEL and in the left-hand menu click on:

- Main Settings -
- Go to:
and click on: 
4. In the topmost field on the next page:
@ Your domain name here
you need to create the forwarded email address that you wish email addressed to to be forwarded i.e. enter 'info' as an example into the field next to @Your domain name here
In the bottom two fields on this page:
you can specify where you wish mail addressed to our example 'info@yourdomainname' to be sent to. This can be a POP3 mailbox you have created, or an external email address held elsewhere such as you may have with your ISP.
5. Click on 
and if the forwarder has been created, you will receive a success message.
IMPORTANT: If you receive an error, it is likely you are trying to create a forwarder for an email address that is already a POP3 Mailbox. You cannot have a POP3 mailbox and an E-Mail forwarder called the same thing, so you should delete any POP3 mailboxes that you require as an Email Forwarder, and then recreate them as an Email Forwarder.
