SupaNames do not offer comprehensive scripting support. The only instances where we offer support for scripting is as follows:

• The error is as a result of a server error
• The script is part of our script pack

We do try to help our customers as fully as possible, however we cannot help you to complete a script or build your website.

Some common causes of scripting errors are as follows:

• Incorrect permissions
• Incorrect paths in include statements or similar
• Ensure your hosting package supports your scripting language, for example Asp.Net will not work on a Linux server
