This guide will help you have your SupaNames username and password resent to you if you have lost them. Using your SupaNames username and password you can order more services, access your account manager, gain your FTP and email information and more.

SupaNames will only reissue information to the email address that you have originally provided us with and only once a number of important security checks have been made.

To obtain a reissue of your account details please carefully follow these steps:

1) Contact us using our contact form here  
2) Ensure that you enter the email address that we have on record for you.
3) Carefully state that you require your username & password and state why you require them.
4) State your full name, your domain name and your postal address including your post code.

Your reissue request will be responded to within 12 hours to the email address we have on file for you providing the information you have sent matches what we hold on our records.
