If you are unable to login to FTP due to a 530 permission error message please login to your 123reg control panel at www.123-reg.co.uk/secure and under the Web Hosting section click on the Manage button. Once in the MyPANEL please update your password and then get back in touch with us at Support and we will re-enable FTP for you.
