We have recently upgraded our Windows hosting platform to take advantage of new technologies to give our customers the best experience possible.

Due to the upgrade, those customers on the new platform will need to use a new username format. If your old username was "ftpusername" your new username will be any of the following:

ftp.yourmaindomain|username
ftp.yourmaindomain\username
username@ftp.yourmaindomain

This only applies to your FTP connection, your MyPanel username will remain the same.
