A Value Host account comes with one 'postmaster mail' box by default.

This mailbox cannot be modified or changed in any way, but is 'catch-all'.

What 'Catch All' means is that mail addressed to anything at your domain is collected by the catch-all mailbox.

For instance mail addressed to admin@yourdomain.co.uk is collected by 'postmaster', so in fact, that email address can be given to your customers and clients to contact you with.

You just collect the mail by logging into 'postmaster@yourdomain.co.uk

If you need real standalone mailboxes, these can be purchased from your 'Upgrade Shop' in MyPanel, or are available in all higher shared hosting package types.
